Transferring iPhone apps to iTunes

I have some apps on my iPhone, but then my computer messed up and i had to clean install os. So now i have no thing in iTunes and i want to backup my iPhone, when i sync it, it doesn't transfer any apps, so i downloaded and added an app onto iTunes and when i check to transfer, it says it wil replace all my apps with iTunes library.

How can i transfer all apps on jailbroken iPhone 4 to iTunes without losing any of them?

The iOS app store will remember all your Apple purchases. Easy enough to simply reinstall.

You probably forgot to authorize the computer, since a transfer purchases should work.
