transferring iphone backups and apps to new mac...

I've bought a new macbook as my current macbook is on its last legs and I don't want to do a full backup on to my new macbook and instead start fresh, but I want to transfer my iphone backup and all the applications and purchased goods from iTunes on to my new macbook, but how?

My macbook is backed up using time machine and my pops time capsule.
