Transferring iPhone from STOLEN MAC to FRESH PC :(

Here is my issue...

My MacBook Pro got stolen from my house.....GONE...not a huge deal but I did not have a back up for it at all. Now I have a freshly build PC that is wiped clean. How do I go about syncing EVERYTHING from my iphone to my new PC? I have 500 songs, 2500 photos and 190 apps that I do not want to lose.

IS THERE ANYWAY TO DO THIS????
