The primary line on my account isn't eligible for the $199/$299 iPhone 4 price but the secondary line is. I currently have unlimited data on my primary line and the secondary line has no data plan. Was anyone in the same boat? Were you able to purchase the iPhone 4 on the secondary line and transfer it to the primary line and keep the unlimited data plan?

transferring iphone upgrade on family plan

yea it's called an upgrade swap, order it as it is an upgrade for the other line and add the required data to it, then when you get it call at&t and have them switch the sim & imei #s for the accts so you have the new phone, and take the data back off that 2nd line...
