Transferring IPod library to Itunes??!

A friend of mine needs help transferring all the songs from her Ipod into her Itunes? She just bought a mac, and she can't figure out how to get all the music copied off of her Ipod. I don't have an Ipod, so I'm not really sure how to do this myself.

Senuti is a good utility for this. Or just use terminal to enable invisible files in the finder and copy the Music Library on the iPod to some where on the Mac hard disk.
