Transferring Itunes/Iphone back up ...

Hello, I recently got a new computer and now I would like to transfer over my iTunes and Iphone backup data information so that I can sync it and such.. I'm going from a Mac to a PC. Also, I already have my Itunes on an external hard drive, but when I plug in my external into my windows PC, it won't show up. :/

Help? haha :confused:
