Transferring iTunes Music

Well, I'm getting a new computer soon and would like to transfer all of my iTunes stuff from my current computer to the new one when it arrives. Would I only have to take all of the stuff in my Music folder from my current computer and transfer that to the new computer and then attach the iTunes on the computer to my account?

Also, how can I take my old computer off the iTunes account so that its only on my new computer?

And will all of my i-devices sync with the new computer no problem?

Thanks! I assume it should all work out perfectly, I'm just a little paranoid about loosing all of my music. (I will back up first on an external HD though).

Sometimes a tricky thing, what I do, which might take longer then normal... *shrugs*

I was going to read through and copy bits that are important, but its good to also learn how itunes works
