Transferring Live Photos to programs on a Mac?

I want to transfer some Live Photos from a 6S+ to a Mac (that I do not yet have).

1. Will the process of uploading them to OneDrive or Dropbox and retrieving them on a Mac change them from Live Photos into just static photos?

2. Which programs on a Mac will play a Live Photo?

3. Will importing the Live Photos into Lightroom alter them from Live Photos into static ones?
