Transferring music FROM Iphone 4

Hello,

I have a lot of instrumental music on my iPhone 4 that I am sure Apple Match does not have. I lost music library that iPhone was synced to due to a hard drive crash. Is there a reliable method to extract mp3s from iPhone, preferably with play counts. I can jailbreak this iPhone if necessary.
