Transferring My iTunes Library on External HDD to new computer

I have my iTunes library consolidated and running on an external hard drive. I am getting a new Mac and was wondering how to make the iTunes on the new mac point to my library on the external HDD? I still want to run the library from the external HDD. Any suggestions?
 
Just go to this screen in iTunes prefs and point to the drive you have your library stored on.
