Transferring over AppleCare to someone else.

Hey gays an' gals,

Just a wee quick question:

If I were to sell my iMac to whoever buys it, how do I go about transferring the AppleCare to that person?

On the legal page at apple.com/uk it just transfers me over to the US legal terms and conditions page, which says I need to send a written letter to the US. Does this still apply to me even though I live in the UK?

Applecare follows the machine, not the person. Just notify Apple of the serial number, etc., and give your purchaser the info.
