Whe I connect my iPad to my computer it asks if I want to overwrite my photos but I don't. How can I get them onto my new computer via iTunes or another way. There are too many to email

Thanks

You can move the photos already on your computer to another location and then they will not be over written.

Are you trying to add the same photos over and over again?

No I'm not. What happened is that my iPad was synced with another computer and I went to connect it to my macbook and it never had been connected there. I then went back to my iMac to sync it there and I'm getting the same message. I have a lot of photos on it that I don't want to lose.

Can you use Dropbox on the iPad?

Yes, you can use drop box on the iPad. Download dropbox and Picbox. Picbox will automatically send all your photosdirect to dropbox and you can then pull em up on your computer.

If your using a Mac, plug in your iPad> then open up Image Capture> the pictures should show up on the left hand side> Select the pictures you want> then download.
