Transferring Photos from Iphone 3GS to Imac

Hey everyone, I lost all my photos when I updated to snow leopard in results of not backing them up properly. I still do have them on my iphone, is there a way to transfer them from my iphone to my imac?

It will automatically show up in iPhoto, and you should be able to see all your photos, if not a program like Senuti should show all the photos also.

All thats showing up is the photos I've took on my iphone 3gs camera, not my previous iphoto library. Any way to have them show up?

I got the iPhone app called "PhotoToMac" which transfers photos fast and easily and WIRELESSLY by bluetooth. You have to set up a shared folder on the iMac but after that it is brilliant.

Using iPhoto, for me, is just too much trouble.
