I have an iPhone 4S. On it is around 400 photos that I have taken. I took the internet data plan off it. The photos are still there but I am trying to transfer them to my PC. It would have to be through the charging cable with a direct connection to my PC. Tried to do it through iTunes but it is not transferring them. Need help on the proper settings to use on iTunes to do this. I know I should have done this before the data plan was removed. Live and learn.

On windows it's not thru iTunes. You just connect it, it pops up like a flash drive, then you just use the equivalent of "image capture". I don't remember what it's called on windows. But it's there.

I think the photos show up as a USB Storage drive on your PC that you can copy off of.

it has nothing to do with your data plan or internet connection whatsoever lol, you don't even need itune on PC.

Plug it in. Open up Windows Explorer, browse to your phone, copy the photos to your PC. Nothing to it.
