transferring photos

My G/F likes to use snap fish but we are having trouble getting the pics to go into snapfish. She did figure out a way but the pics upload with poor quality.

There has to be an easy way to upload pics from a mac!

If you click on the link, you see search results. The 3rd result contains this:

From within iPhoto app, select the photo(s) you want to use and either drag to the desktop or use the export function to export to the desktop. Then upload from there. If you have many, you can create a folder on the desktop and export your individual pics into that and then upload.
