transferring pics and videos

i have a 3gs. if i get a iphone 4 will all of my pictures and videos be transferred when i hook it up to my itunes or do you have to do it a different way? thanks.

if you do it as a backup it should do, am assuming you mean it was camera roll pics and vids?

Yes. I am talking about camera roll. How do you do it as a backup. Does it do that automatically when you sync it with iTunes?

should do, can always back up by right clicking on the iPhone in iTunes and clicking backup then when you first sync the iPhone 4 to iTunes, restore it as a backup.

When your phone is connected to your wifi it' will back up to your computer automatically.

But instead of using Picasa I used Dropbox (http://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTIzNjYxMjI5) referral link so you and I can get an extra 250mb of free storage. This way I can erase pictures and still have cloud access to them.
