My #1 iTunes computer is at home, my #2 iTunes computer is at work.

Today I transferred a purchased song from my iPod to my computer at work. It told me to authorize the already authorized computer, and I did. It still thought there were the 3 authorized computers, that I knew about.

I then bought a song, turned off auto-sync, and dragged it to my iPod. When I got home, I told it to transfer purchased songs. It said I couldn't, and told me to authorize the computer. I authorized it again, and tried transfering the purchases again. It told me I'm not authorized to play it on this computer, and told me again to authorize my computer.

I repeated this cycle 4 times, without getting it transferred to my #1 computer.

What do I do next?

The music file would have registered itself to each computer respectively... If you have my opinion, download from somewhere else where there is no file protection...

Its the protection that is stopping you the file across the computers...

So my problem is that I bought the download from Apple?
