I am not sure if I am missing something, but prior to the iOS 9 Betas I was able to transfer purchases (including apps) to my iTunes Library during the Back Up Process and manually. I prefer to restore from iTunes as it seems a bit faster than iCloud.
Starting with the first Public Beta, I haven't been able to transfer Apps from the phone to my computer to back them up. I also tested it with an ringtone I had made and synced.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior or no what I can do to fix it? It could get around it, but going to purchases in App Store on iTunes isn't sorting recently purchases correctly either.
