I recently bought my first iPhone 4G and am trying to transfer the SMS (both sent and incoming) from my Nokia 6600 Slide to the new device.
I've scoured the internet for as much information as I could and after trying almost everything I came across the following thread:

I'm actually really interested in Foranor's method as it seems to be really close to what I want, though it seems like they're transferring SMS from iPhone to iPhone. I'm not afraid to get stuck in with the code...I know the easy answer is to start fresh, but I've got some sentimental messages I'd like to keep.
Ideally, I'd like some way to convert a CSV into SMS.db though I understand that this is no easy task, seeing as how the Nokia CSV omits the contact numbers :/
