Transferring songs to iTunes from iPhone

So I have an iPhone 3GS, and would like to transfer the music I've purchased from my phone to my computer. The problem is that my computer recently crashed and the operating system was restored. My phone is therefore no longer linked to this computer. As far as I'm aware, I need to have my phone linked to this computer to transfer purchases onto it, and in order to link the two, I would need to restore my phone.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to keep my songs? Or am I hooped?
