transferring video files from iphone 4 back to itunes

I know there have been countless threads on this, but every program I try (iRip, Senuti, imtoo iPod Transfer) all keep quitting on me and can't mount the phone. I have some tv shows that appear on my iPhone (so I know they were on my iTunes) but they have disappeared from iTunes. I am only looking for this program to move them back to iTunes. Any suggestions?

I am running latest Snow Leopard and 4.0.1

I use Ipod2pc for this. I think I had to pay a nominal price for the program but I'm not sure.
