Transferring VLC from iPad to iTunes

Hello,

I have an iPad 2, jailbroken on 4.3.3. It has VLC installed but for some reason I cannot find the original IPA (I downloaded it off the App Store when it was still available) on my computer.

Is there any way to get the app off my iPad? I've tried 'transfer purchases' but it does not move VLC onto my computer.

I'd like to install the app on my 4S.
