Transferring voice memos from iPod touch

I have a new iPad2 and I have a 3rd gen iPod touch that I have voice memos on.

I purchased "Voice Memos" app from iTunes but don't know how to copy the voice memos I have on my iPod touch.

I see them on iTunes for both devices but they don't show up on the iPad in the app under "Voice memos".

How do I copy them to my iPad?
