Hi, a tech company decided to give me a refund of about $30. However, they do it via TransferWise. I told them that I got an email from TransferWise asking me to enter my bank account information and I am a bit concerned about entering such important information on a website. Is it a good idea to do it?

TransferWise are a good, reputable company, but you need to be sure the email you have is actually from TFW.
Maybe open an account with TFW, get the money transferred into that account and then you're safe. You'll be able to send it to your own account at your leisure.
