Transition Question: JailBroken 3GS to 4S .....

So I'll be going from a Jailbroken 3GS on 4.3.3 to a new shiny iPhone 4S tomorrow...

Questions:

1) I already synced, do I simply just sync the iphone 4S and bring all my data over?

Do issues arise from this and I better set it up as a new phone? I rather keep my app data and stuff in tact, but don't want my jailbreak to affect anything, should I be worried?

2) Should I delete unauthorized apps from Cydia and all instances of mods/tweaks from cydia and sync my phone one last time?
