Transitioning from Google Calendar to iCloud without iCal

So I am hoping someone will be able to help me. I have been trying to transition my googlecalendar content over to icloud. However, it doesn't seem like apple has provided us with much control over the settings of our icloud calendars. there is no option to import or subscribe to another calendar.

however, from the research that i have done, it seems like its pretty easy to circumvent with iCal. Unfortunately, I dont have a Mac.

Does anyone have any idea how I can transition my googlecalendar content over to icloud?

I have all contacts back up in google calendar
how to transfer it to icloud?...on windows 7

where can we download the icloud control panel for windows?

I would imagine you need to get your calendars from google into whatever the default calendar app is on windows machines, because that is what iCloud will look to to grab calendars

yeah but how do you even "point" icloud in that direction?

i think you might have to wait until apple releases a PC based iCloud control panel. Don't see how its possible now. Sorry (without iCal).
