translator from camera - how to copy part of text?

Hi, please help me with 2 things.
1. Main thing, when i use translator app, click on camera tab, and make a picture of text in english. Than i can translate it to different language, but how, from this picture i can copy a part of it (and copy to excel where i collect words to learn) ? How can i do it fast and quite comfortable? If i can.

2. second thing, when i use normal camera not translator app - what i have to do to translate from picture? I do not see also after taking a photo any option to translate text. I know there should be this function on 16 ios but i can not see it.

assuming iOS 15.7 or 16: open the photo in Apple Photos. Tip on the text in the photo with a finger. Drag the selection as required. Choose “Translate” from the HUD/pop up. See here.
