Translator Plug-in for OS X?

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's a translation plug-in for OS X much like the one built into the Apple Dictionary app. For instance, when you hold command+control+D and hover the mouse over a word, the Dictionary app automatically defines the word. I want the same thing to happen except instead of defining the word, I want it to be translated (preferably from another language into English). Is there a program out there that can do this?

You could copy and paste the text into Sherlock (included with OS X) and use that to translate it.

Or (I know this really isn't what you're looking for, but I use it when I get stumped and need a literal translation), the Translation Dashboard Widget.
