Transmission and firewall settings

I am on the way to install Transmission on a Unibody 15".
I see the firewall has 3 different settings:

Allow all incoming connections.
Allow only essential services.
Set access for specific services and applications.

Which setting would be most secure but still functional with Transmission?

The last one would be the most secure and you just have to allow access for Transmission once. It should work fine.
