Transmission bit-client alternative.

I have been a fan of Transmission for about 8 months or so but I've had it with the recent release 1.92. The reason being it constantly locks up my whole system till I force restart. I was curious if anyone had a Fix for this, or if anyone could recommend a client that is outstanding. my main concerns are setting a specific download folder, and easily changing download speeds.

Talk to the developer. I've heard of system locking issues lately. I don't have any problems.

Maybe you can try a nightly. Though this sounds like an issue to resolve promptly with an immediate update.

I agree. Transmission has a pretty decent developers and I'm sure they will fix the issue ASAP

I have it running 24/7 seeding 30+. I had a lockup on 1.91 when using the web panel, did lock up the entire machine though.
