Transmission Hanging on Quit?

This happening to anyone else? I'm running 1.21 and I tried the most recent and it does it with that version also.

Does it hang forever, or just take a lot longer than a normal program does to quit?

I think that when you quit it, it has to update the trackers that you've been connected to and such.

Mine takes 20-45 seconds to shut down on a regular basis, but it always does shut down eventually.

continuously. I have to force quit it like 5 times for it to finally quit

Me too,

I'd guess 10.5.2 broke it some how.

It did used to hang for me and I would have to force quit every time. I was using latest version and 10.5.2, but I actually think it has been fixed with 10.5.3, at least it hasn't been hanging at all since the update.

On a side note, iTunes would usually hang for me too and it doesn't any more either.

I've noticed it seems to take a lot longer to close down after the update to 10.5.3, it used to take no more than 30 seconds, but now it can be sat in the dock for over a minute.

It does eventually close down though, it just takes a damn side longer than it used to.
