Transmission help pls...No upload

For the last couple of days I have been unable to seed to anyone. Once in a while it would go to 16kb but only for a second. I have forwarded my port properly and have not changed anything since it worked before. Im thinking my my isp is finally taking action? Should I have map port check in trans prefs? I have power cycled all my devices and double checked everything, I am now lost. Attached a image for you to look.

set ur upload to max or unlimited and see if anything happens. maybe there is nonone downloading wotever ur tryn to seed.unless ur uploading a torrent for others to get?

why not try and download something that has alot of seeders then seed that and see wot happens.

Are you using the newest version, 1.42? If so, download and go back to 1.40 - a lot of people have been having issues with 1.42
