transmission help.

I have some problems with transmission, I cant use it to get any old files that I have downloaded before. It just want to seed them but I dont have them on my computer anymore. I have reinstalled transmission and deleted the plist files I could find but it will not work.

What is transmission? never heard of it

It is a Torrent client.
And I did solve my problem too, had to delete a folder in ~/Library/Cache/Transmission to get it to work again.

Transmission is a bittorrent client for Macs. I'm surprised you haven't heard of it before. Go here. To the OP, you're trying to redownload them? Or are you trying to seed non-existant files? If the former then maybe you can't get them because there is no one seeding it, if the latter then can't really help you. You must have the original file(s) with the correct file names for any BT client to recognise and start seeding it.
