Transmission question

Used Transmission for the first time for a video. Not sure how to play it after it is downloaded. Seems there are audio and video files, but I thought there was one file to click and would play. I have VLC and XLD if they are needed.

Can be found via "vlc player play audio and video separate tracks" and a www search engine of your choice.
