I found that on a previous download when i limited the upload speed to 5kbps The speed went from about 50kbps to 250-350 kbps. But for the last 0.02% it slowed down to 0-5 kbps. Now I'm trying two different downloads and whatever I do, I can't stop them from jumping between 0-5 kbps. But one of them sometimes suddenly jumps up to ~200kbps, but then after a few seconds back to 0-5. While I was typing that it went from 257 to 0. What can I do to get it at a constant 200kbps?

Downloading from a vendor's server usually provides a constant speed. With torrents you're at the mercy of whoever feels like seeding at that particular moment. Find a healthier torrent.
I've now got a torrent with 517 seeds and only 94 leeches But the speed won't go over 7kbps and the upload speed is stuck at 0
