Transmisson, am I using it right?

I dont pirate a lot but I do download movies that I own for a backup, I cant rip them because my drive is broke. How do I use the peerblocker on transmission? Do I just but a level 1 blocklist in the area under "peer" preferences and select auto update? If so could someone direct me to the correct blocklist.
