Transmit: subfolder synchronization

Hi guys,
I'm currently evaluating Panic Transmit (now I'm using ForkLift but I need a SFTP client that comes with synchronization and looks like ForkLift 1.7 will be ready on January 2010 instead 2009 ad they said), and I have a question about it.

Is there a way to synchronize only some subfolders? I have a project folder with several subfolders but I want to synchronize only some of them and I wish I don't have to do that manually subfolder by subfolder.
