I got the AirPods Pro yesterday, everything was working fine. However so far this morning, the switch between Transparency and Noise Cancellation mode has stopped working three times already. Specifically:
* Squeeze/holding the stem does nothing (though single squeeze continues to work to stop/start).
* Going to Control Center, I can toggle the switch, but I do not hear the tone in the AirPods, and cancellation does not change mode.

The first time I did a full factory reset of the AirPods, and that fixed it. Now I realize I can also fix it by restarting the phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max), which I have now done twice. This is all within a couple hours.

Is anybody else running into this? Should I exchange them for a new pair? It seems more likely to be software than hardware.

I did have that shortly after the first learning attempts, how to use them. (I never read manuals ;)) The easiest way is indee just to reset them (open the case press the button for orange and again white LED)
No idea, why it happened, i might have been playing too much with the buttons...
They work perfect since then, besides small "hangs" while cycling trough the modes or double clicks.
I guess, it is just software that needs to be updated.
