Transparent icon backgrounds in two places

Sorry if my title doesn't accurately describe what I'm seeing, but I have two graphical complaints with icons.

First, in Safari Bookmarks, there is a black box around the MR logo. This wasn't there until recently, it used to be transparent.

Second, the icons for forums are also not transparent. Some of these look pretty strange as a result, like the App Store.

Are there any plans to change this at the moment?
