I might have just noticed it or something changed, but all my windows are transparent, I can see the text in windows underneath. This is not happening in a few apps, like Finder and Word, but everywhere else, such as Firefox, Excel, etc.
Is this a feature or a hardware issue? Can I turn it off? I'm using a Macbook Air Spring 2015 on 10.10.3

Note: The issue went away when I closed Firefox and maybe a couple of other applications, but while it was active, most applications were horribly transparent.
