Transporting individual programs to Parallels.

So I have Microsoft Access on my Windows Vista computer and I want to move it to my Macbook Pro running parallels (windows 7). Is there any way to move just the one program? Or am I going to have to transport my entire laptop to my Macbook Pro? Thanks!
