Resolved Trash Can Issues

I am having problems with emptying my trash. The blue bar just freezes the process half way through emptying. Restarting computer fix it, secure empty trash doesnt do anything, and I can use terminal to empty trash sometimes but doesn't solve my problems.

Start from the recovery partition, "repair" the file system of the the disk with Disk Utility, and repair the permissions with Disk Utility!

Repair permissions fixed it for me!
