Trash/Finder issues

Wow! I don't even know how that is possible. What OS do you have?
I still use 10.6.8 and the only Finder icon I can find is in the Dock. I can't drag it anywhere, and there is no Delete option. If you manage to delete Finder, you don't have a functioning computer left.

I know. Finder is still in the Dock and fully functional, just when I open my trash, it's in there too. Is there a way you can restore files from the trash?
Right click on the file in Trash, there should be a menu with the option of "Put Back".
