Trashcan - Test folders?

After I updated a brand new Mac to 10.15, I sometimes get a folder called "Test" with a sub-folder called "Test 31" to appear in the Trashcan.
I can delete them, but after some time, they come back.
The First folder "Test" has a iCloud logo at it, like it's in iCloud, but not downloaded to this mac.

Have others seen them?

Update.. Moved the Test folder to the desktop, no new folders in the Trashcan.
Deleted the Test folder, now the Test folder appear on the desktop after some time... weird..
