Lets say I want to travel from London to Edinburgh by car starting out at 5pm.
At 9am I input my start point and end point and I see how long it should normally take without traffic/delays (It then also would inform me how long it should take with the current traffic like Google Maps does in a browser).
But what I would then like it to do is to notify me (Message/Email etc) throughout the day (Or maybe up to two hours before I'm due to leave at 5pm) with any roadworks, delays, crashes etc etc so I can decide if I should leave any earlier to still arrive at the correct (ish) time.
Anyone know of an app that sends update notifications like this?
Or even a something on the web would be OK too as long as it sends notifications.
