Greetings,

My girlfriend and I are planning to visit the UK from the US some time in May or June this year. I was just wondering if there is an economical way to use the iPhone during the trip. Not expecting heavy usage (we'll definitely have better things to do than talk on the phone :) but it would be nice to have for emergencies. Is it possible to buy a compatible pre-paid sim card while there or something along those lines? I have seen the international rates/packages offered by AT&T, but want to explore all options. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mr_Ed

Only if you jailbreak and unlock, otherwise only an AT&T sim will work in your phone.
