Traveling with iPhone 4/3GS and MacBook Pro

Hello,
I'm traveling with an iPhone 4/3GS to China and Hong Kong. I will also take an early 2008 MacBook pro. What adapters do I need to be able to charge these items there? When I went to japan I remember I didn't need anything since it was 110 volts. Thanks!

This? I used this when I went to France/Ireland and had no issues or anything. Worked like a charm. Took my MBP and iPhone3G.

Thanks for the response. Looks like a great option, but I also called the hotels and it looks like they have adapters at them already.
