So, I'm heading to the states in July, mainly the Orlando area and disneyworld area, and currently I have a iphone 5 with virgin mobile canada, it's unlocked and was purchased in October. And by looking at the options, I think T-Mobile is the best choice. My questions are, will my non AWS iPhone work? Can I get a AWS iPhone? What is the best carrier to use in the Orlando area on prepaid with good service.

I will be using it mainly for data, and won't need more than maybe 6 gigs (what am I going to do when I'm in line for rides?!) I won't need more than 50 minutes of talk, and maybe a little text.

HELP?

T-Mobile has its network refarmed in Orlando, i just drove through a couple months ago. You will be fine. So it wouldn't be necessary to have an AWS iPhone.

Your easiest bet would be to sign up with Roam Mobility (they piggy back on tmobile's network). $4 per day and you can get set up in Canada.
