Fair point. It very well could.Just curious now… wouldn’t that also get rid of the oleophobic coating?
A glass polish, like Carpro Ceriglass and a small glass polishing pad, like Lake Country glass cutting pad are your best bet, but I have never tried this on "gorilla" type glass - only on automotive glass.
Bear in mind that doing this by hand will require a LOT of patience and, if you can "feel" the scratch when running your finger or nail gently over the screen, then the scratch is too deep and you won't be able to achieve much.
I only have mine two weeks and it has a few scratches already… that saying I absolutely love it, this is my first time owning a watch never mind an Apple Watch and I’m in mid-40’s!I have owned AW series 0, series 2, and series 3 and now the series 6, all sports models.. The AW series 6 has so many scratches after having for less than a year. No sport model before series 6 had scratched so easily and I put many of my AW before through hell. I am beyond disappointed that the AW series 6 scratches so easily. ;(
