1. It is said many people don’t know how to turn off the shutter sound when using iPad taking photos (really?). Well, the slide switch is on the right of iPad.

2. Create shortcut icon for webpage

Open the webpage via Safari, click the arrow icon beside address bar, then you can add the webpage on your Home screen.

3. Open a link in new window

No Shift in iPad, right? Well, you just need to press the link for a few seconds. It will pop a notification to let you open the link in a new window.

4. Back to top quickly

Touch the status bar gently and you can back to top quickly.

5. Separate the keyboard into two parts

Put your fingers on the keyboard, and slide them to the different sides.

There is also an applet you can bookmark to scroll right to the bottom (and I think it is dumb that such a feature doesn't exist yet on IOS).

I believe this only works if the switch is set to mute, not rotation lock (which I believe comes default).
